Evidently there was a hue and cry for a sequel to the original. This one has flashes of interest, but really seems a little contrived. Initially hard to get into.

I got this one from Jackie, and I really liked it. A review on the front cover says it is an atmospheric thriller, with a racing story line. Full of Irish selkie legends, a murder mystery, a love story, and a hunting for roots story with wonderful vocabulary. What more could you want?
